Terms of Service
Effective when posted. Merci is order and kitchen operations software provided by Merci ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
Merci reads catering orders you forward to it, translates them into prep using your recipe book, and produces schedules and kitchen paperwork. You are responsible for verifying orders and food safety decisions; Merci is an assistant, not a replacement for kitchen judgment.
Your data
Your recipe book and your customers' information belong to you. Both are encrypted at rest with a key unique to your company. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. If you cancel, you may request full deletion and we destroy your company's encryption key, rendering vault data permanently unreadable.
Fair use
No abuse, no attempting to access other companies' data, no reselling access without an agreement. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service's integrity.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per location as published on our pricing page. Early customers keep their signup rate. You can cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the paid period.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
